Who We Are & Trading Identity
This website is operated by Liquid Roof Armour, an independent specialist retail seller of high- performance liquid roofing membranes. All sales contracts are formed directly with Liquid Roof Armour. Our core customer logistics and product dispatches are fulfilled via direct distribution from the brand manufacturer (Roofskin), providing the nationwide site delivery from their established hubs.
2. Introduction & Age Restriction (Strict No Under 18 Policy)
These terms and conditions apply to all product purchases made from Liquid Roof Armour via our online storefront. By placing an order, you legally confirm and declare that you are at least 18 years of age. We operate a strict no under 18 policy. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing our trade - grade chemical materials and any orders flagrantly violating this rule will be cancelled imediately.
3. Order Acceptance. Refusal & Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion (for example, in the event of stock unavailability, suspected age violations, or obvious website pricing errors0. We make every effort to ensure all product information, technical guidance, and pricing details on this website are accurate. In the rare event of a typographical error or obvious oversight, we reserve the right to correct the information and cancel or update any baffected orders immediately. If an order is cancelled after payment is taken, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
4. Payment Security & Pre - Payment Policy
All transactions are processed securely through our gateway provider, Stripe. We accept major payment cards and direct bank transfers. All orders must be paid for in full and funds completely cleared before any goods are prepared, batched, or dispatched through our distribution network. Liquid Roof Armour does not store, see, or have acess to your private card details on our servers.
5. Order Processing & Site Delivery
All orders are processed immediately upon reciept to ensure prompt dipatch once funds clear.
Materials are delivered straight to your home, trade counter, or specified commercial project.
Delivery timeline (typically 2 to 3 working days) are managed by external courier networks and are estimates only.
Liquid Roof Armour accepts zero liability for secondary financial losses, project delays, or wasted trade labour costs caused by shipping delays. We strongly advise that you do not strip your roof or book professional contractors until your materials have physically arrived on - site, been checked and are fully accounted for.
Liquid Roof Armour cannot be held responsible or liable for any delivery delays, fulfilment failures, or project distributions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonible control, including extreme weather conditions, nationwide transport strikes, or industrial supply shortages.
6.Inspection Of Goods & Defect Policy
You must inspect your delivery package as soon as possible after arrival. Any transit damage, fluid leaks, missing tools or order discreprencies must be reported to us strictly within 3 working days of delivery so we can co ordinate safely with our courier network.
*Any claims regarding product defects, shortages, or incorect materials must be reported to us before the product containers are opened, mixed, or applied; we cannot accept liability or issue refunds for materials once they have been used or laid on a roof.
Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified site. Legal ownership of the materials only passes to you once payment is received in full. No goods will be shipped on credit.
7. Strict Unopened Returns Policy
In accordance with UK distance selling laws, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Because our roofing membranes are high - performance liquid chemical compounds, returns are strictly rejected if the container caps, factory security seals, or product tins have been opened, unsealed, or damaged in any way. Opened items cannot e sold or safely transported.
Once your unopened items are safely returned to our specified distribution hub, they will be throughley inspected to verify all seals are completely intact, after which your refund will be processed.
The customer is fully responsible for arranging paying for a certfied courier to safely return unopened items back to our specified distribution hub.
8. Limitation of Liability & Application Disclaimer
To achieve the perfect, permanent finish expected from Liquid Roof Armour, precision execution is required .Liquid Roof Armour a material retailer only and does not provide an installation service. We accept no liability for product failures caused by poor installation, incorrect surface preparation, or adverse weather conditions during application.
Clean and Dry surfaces: There are zero shortcuts to a lifelong seal. The flat roof structure musts be completely clean, dry, and sound before you apply the Roofskin coating.
The Reinforcement Step: Remember to embed the Roofskin Reinforcement Scrim neatly across all moving joints, corner upstands, and seams first to prevent structural splitting over time.
If a product is alleged to be faulty, no replacements or refunds will be issued without a formal physical inspection and subsequent written technical report by the manufacturer (Roofskin) verifying an official batch defect,
Liquid Roof Armour's total financial liability under any circumstances is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the supplied materials. We accept abolute zero liability for secondary property damage, structural faults, contractor labour costs, or financial losses resulting from product use or installation workmanship.
We reserve the right to supply materials with minor alterations in packaging design, tin dimensions, or upgraded product formulations, provided that nay applied alternatives are of a completely equal or superior trade quality to the original items ordered.
9. Product Description & Accuracy: We make every effort to display the true colours of our liquid membrane products accurately across our website.
However, because computer monitors, tablets and mobile screen can vary in their display calibration, the colours you see on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product. The standard Roofskin product cures to a dark Grey .

10. "Manufacturer's 20 year - Guarantee Terms".
Liquid Roof Armour acts strictly as an independent retailer of Roofskin polymer roofing systems. The comprehensive 20 - year material guarantee is provided exclusively and directly by the product manufacturer (Roofskin), subject to their Independent criteria and terms. Liquid Roof Armour provides no Independent or additional product warranties. The activation and vasidity of this manufacturer's guarantee are 100% conditional upon the product being applied in absolute accordance with the official manufacturer installation manuals, technical specifications, and correct substrate preparation. We assume zero financial or legal liability for product performance issues resulting from incorrect mixing, poor workmanship, adverse weather application, or improper installation techniques."
Any coverage estimations or informal guidance provided over the telephone or via digital forms are given in good faith as approximations only; it remains the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify site dimensions and substrate compatibility before application.
