At Liquid Roof Armour we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we supply professional High performance liquid membrane, our return process is governed by strict trade and safety standards

Return Notification Window

You must notify us of any return request within 14 days of the physical delivery date.

Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any damaged, leaking, or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Reports made outside this timeframe cannot be investigated.

Unopened Products Only

Due to the nature of our polyurethane compounds, returns are only accepted when:

• container caps are fully unopened,

• factory security seals are intact, and

• there is no evidence of tampering.

Products with broken seals, opened caps, or any sign of interference are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging a certified courier to return the unopened product to our distribution hub. All return shipping costs and packaging requirements fall to the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we have inspected the returned item and confirmed:

• seals are intact,

• the product remains unopened, and

• no post‑delivery damage has occurred.

Once verified, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
