Direct Site Delivery​

We ship directly to your residential or commercial project site using trusted courier partners. Orders are processed immediately once payment has cleared.

1. Delivery

Orders are dispatched once full payment has cleared. Standard delivery is normally 2–3 working days, subject to courier network conditions. Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

Please make sure someone is available on site to accept and sign for the delivery. If the courier cannot deliver, the parcel may be taken back to the depot and re‑delivery charges may app.

Courier Delays Notice

Courier schedules are outside our control. Please do not strip your roof or book labour until your materials have arrived and you’ve checked them.

We cannot cover any costs for delays, missed labour, or project disruption caused by courier issues or weather‑related courier restrictions.

Liquid Roof Armour accepts zero liability for any secondary financial losses or wasted labour costs due to any shipping delays

In accordance with UK distance selling laws, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Because RoofSkin is a specialised liquid chemical compound, returns are strictly rejected if the container caps, factory security seals, or tins have been opened, unsealed, or damaged in any way.  Opened items cannot be resold or safely transported.​

Check Your Delivery

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If anything is missing, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must let us know within 3 working days of delivery.

If you suspect damage, do not open the containers. Opening or breaking the factory seal means we cannot accept a claim.

Minor dents or scuffs caused during courier handling are not covered if the product and factory seal are intact.

5. Return Shipping​

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return under UK distance‑selling rules.

Because RoofSkin is a specialist liquid roofing compound, we can only accept returns if:

• the containers are unopened

• factory seals are intact

• tins are undamaged

Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned, refunded, or transported safely.

The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for certified courier transport to safely return unopened items to us.​

Liquid Roof Armor's total financial liability under any circumstances is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the supplied materials. We accept zero liability for secondary property damage, structural faults. contractor labour costs, or financial losses resulting from product use or installation workmanship."​
